Frosh announced his office has reached a settlement with Ticketmaster over services fees the company was alleged to have improperly charged consumers for tickets at the Hippodrome Theatre in Baltimore, Maryland. BALTIMORE, MD (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Maryland’s attorney general is investigating several complaints against Baltimore-based Baci Management, alleging failure to refund money paid for tickets to cancelled shows it had booked at the city’s Lyric Opera House. Four of the five touring shows booked by Baci since October have been cancelled, resulting in a loss of revenue for the 112-year-old theater. The attorney general’s office has nine open complaints against Baci Management, all filed in the past three weeks, according to the Baltimore Sun.
