Justin Therouxs dog wearing rain boots is the cutest thing youll see today
The Leftovers actor made sure his beloved pet wasn’t cold after NYC was hit with snow

One thing about Justin Theroux – he loves his dog. Kuma the Pit bull mix has been his constant companion since he rescued her in 2018, and you only have to take one look at his Instagram account to see how much he adores her.
So of course, when New York was hit by a massive snowstorm, there was no way he was going to let her feel the cold.

Justin Theroux's dog Kuma in her wellies
Because of their short coats, Pitt bulls cannot tolerate extreme hot or cold weather and are too susceptible to the winter elements to withstand the cold. So rather than skipping her walk, Justin kitted out Kuma in a jacket and pair of WagWellies – aka rain boots for dogs which, in his own words, look both “adorable and hilarious”.
The wellies are available to buy in the US at Design Milk for $49, or there are other non-slip, waterproof designs available on Amazon here.

Justin uploaded videos and pictures of the pair preparing for their walk. “Has no idea why she’s dressed up like this,” he wrote on a picture of a puzzled-looking Kuma before a video of her getting used to the shoes in his living room.
The next shots show the pair out enjoying a snowy walk around Washington Square Park, and the shoes appear to be a big hit!

The sweet rescue doggy has been in Justin's life since 2018
Kuma – which means ‘bear’ in Japanese – was rescued from the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and brought to a “high-kill” shelter – Justin told on hi Instagram stories after her adoption. She was taken from the shelter by A Chance to Bloom Dog Rescue in Conroe, Texas.
