Jason Kelce was starstruck meeting Adam Sandler and David Spade – but not Taylor
Opening up to his younger bro on his Vegas meetings following the Super Bowl, Jason revealed he was starstruck meeting Hollywood icons Adam Sandler and David Spade.
“I haven’t been starstruck in a very long time,” he said on the New Heights podcast. “That was my first realization of like, oh no, I didn’t know what to say.
“I just kept saying I don’t know what to say. And on their end I’ve been on that, and it’s like dude, will you stop saying that?” Offer me something of substance. I swear to God, I didn’t know what to say to these guys,” he said as Trav chuckled in the background, before saying he should’ve recited a movie quote.
However, the NFL star revealed he’d seen every David Spade movie, but was so star stuck he “had nothing.” Maybe next time, Jase.
Luckily though, he wasn’t starstruck meeting Taylor for the first time, although the meeting was memorable, taking place at the Buffalo Bills game, where Jason famously celebrated shirtless.
Although Kelce wasn’t starstruck meeting his brother’s girlfriend, he has said he only started really understanding her level of fame at the Super Bowl, calling it “overwhelming.”

Taylor invited her A-List friends to watch the Chiefs in their suite, including Lana Del Rey and Ice Spice, whose meeting with Jason went viral on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Memes were flying around, joking about what the unlikely pairing was saying to each other, and now he’s said exactly what he thinks of the superstar.
“Also got to meet Ice Spice, which I was introduced to her as Ice,” the 36-year-old recalled. “She was very nice,” he continued before Trav gushed about how nice it was for her to show up and support.
Travis was first introduced to Ice Spice at SNL, and both brothers had nothing but good words to say about her!
